SKINZY is an independent platform that enables users to browse and select virtual items available for trade among Steam users. Steam, a digital distribution service owned by Valve Corporation (USA), supports these virtual items. Users can only trade items that are permitted under Steam’s policies and must be registered Steam account holders operating under Steam’s User Agreement. All item exchanges are executed directly through the Steam trading system in accordance with Steam’s Terms of Use. SKINZY does not participate in, nor is it a party to, these transactions, as they are solely conducted between Steam users.

SKINZY operates independently and is in no way affiliated with Valve Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

By logging into SKINZY, Steam users who possess virtual items acknowledge and consent to SKINZY acting as their intermediary in facilitating item selection and exchange with other Steam users on the platform. This interaction is governed by the commission fee structure outlined on the SKINZY website, which applies to transactions involving the selection of items from other users.

SKINZY is not associated with any form of gambling activity. The platform does not host or facilitate drawings, lotteries, games of chance, or virtual casino operations.

USAGE OF THE WEBSITE

To access and use the services provided by SKINZY, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any actions they perform on the platform. SKINZY shall not be held liable for any user-initiated activities that result in loss, damage, or other adverse consequences.

While users may create and utilize dedicated tools or bots to enhance their experience on the platform, such solutions must operate within permitted boundaries. Under no circumstances may users interfere with, reverse-engineer, or compromise the website’s core algorithms or internal operational logic.

EXCHANGES

Each trade executed via our automated bots is processed as an independent transaction. Any excess value resulting from a trade will be retained as a user balance on the platform and may be applied toward future exchanges. However, SKINZY makes no guarantee that suitable items will be available at a matching value for future transactions.

SECURITY

Users are solely responsible for monitoring and verifying the status of their own exchanges. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password. Users must also ensure that access to their account is properly restricted to authorized individuals only.

SKINZY staff will never send unsolicited trade offers requesting item verification. Additionally, users are advised not to add any staff members on Steam for site support or assistance.

RIGHTS OF SKINZY

SKINZY reserves the right to refuse any item for trade at its discretion.

We retain the right to deny service to any user for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

All transactions conducted through the platform are final, and SKINZY does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

SKINZY reserves the right to unilaterally reclaim any user-owned items listed on the platform, at the original purchase price paid by the user.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SKINZY reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any amendments to the terms will become effective immediately upon being published on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of the most current version of the Terms and Conditions.

TRANSFER

The website Administrator reserves the right to assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer its rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you or obtaining your consent. However, you may not assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer your rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

STORAGE AND WITHDRAWAL OF USERS’ FUNDS

(a) Upon registering on the website via Steam, each user is required to create a digital wallet that will be automatically linked to their Steam64 ID.

(b) Users may deposit funds (in U.S. Dollars) into their digital wallet, where the current available balance will be displayed. A detailed transaction history feature is also provided for user reference.

(c) Deposited funds may only be used to purchase digital virtual goods available for sale on the SKINZY platform. No other uses are permitted.

(d) Funds deposited into a user's digital wallet are non-withdrawable. Under no circumstances can funds be transferred out of the wallet once deposited.

(e) SKINZY reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account, without prior notice or explanation, in the event of a violation of the Terms of Service (TOS).

(f) Users may top up their balance exclusively through the G2A Pay payment system. A promotional bonus of XX% of the deposited amount will be automatically credited by SKINZY at the time of the transaction.

(j) For security and compliance purposes, the total amount that can be held or deposited into a user's digital wallet is capped at the equivalent of US$ XXX when goods are being exchanged.

WEBSITE COMMISSION

A service fee is applied to each exchange or purchase transaction conducted through the platform. This commission is determined on a case-by-case basis and may range from X% to XX% of the declared value of the selected digital item. Current commission rates are transparently published on the website’s homepage under the "Commission" section.

REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All trades conducted on the platform are final and irrevocable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances. However, in the event that a user tops up their balance via G2A Pay and the associated account remains inactive, with no transactional activity or balance changes following the deposit, a refund may be issued upon formal request by the user. This refund is subject to verification and approval by the platform’s support team and may be processed only if the conditions above are met in full.

PRIVACY POLICY
