WHAT IS BUY MODE?

Buy Mode is a feature on the website that allows users to purchase selected items from bots using real money. To activate Buy Mode, click the “BUY MODE” button located within the “You Receive” section of the interface.

CAN I TRADE ITEMS ON BOTS IF THERE IS A 1–8 DAY COOLDOWN?

Items with a 1–8 day cooldown are currently restricted from immediate Steam trade due to Steam's trade cooldown policy. However, you may still trade these items to our bots. Upon doing so, you will receive a virtual copy of the item in your site inventory. This virtual item can be used at any time for trading with other skins available on our website. Once the trade cooldown period has expired, the original item will be available for withdrawal to your Steam inventory.

THE SITE ISN'T WORKING?

1) Please try using the latest version of Google Chrome. (This may seem simple, but it resolves the issue in most cases.)

2) Check the Steam status indicator on the homepage — it should be green.

There may be temporary reasons the website does not function properly, including Steam trade delays or scheduled technical maintenance. If you are experiencing issues, we recommend waiting a short period (usually no longer than 2 hours) for full functionality to be restored.

WHAT IS MULTITRADING?

Multitrading is a feature that allows you to trade with multiple bots at the same time. For example, if you select 2 items from 2 different bots, you will receive 2 separate Steam trade offers. This function enables you to trade a larger number of items at once, making the trading process faster and more convenient.

CAN I REDUCE THE WEBSITE COMMISSION?

Yes, you can reduce the website commission by activating a X% bonus on every trade. To do this, add ‘cs.money’ to your Steam profile name. Once you've updated your name, re-login to the website and refresh your inventory. This will activate the bonus and lower the site commission from X% to X%.

WHY DO SOME SKINS MARKED AS ‘UNTRADABLE’ IN MY INVENTORY?

Some skins may be temporarily marked as ‘Untradable’ due to a Steam trade ban that typically lasts less than X days. This happens when a skin was either recently purchased from the Steam Market or traded with a user who doesn't have the Steam Mobile Authenticator enabled.

WHY ARE SOME SKINS MARKED AS ‘OVERSTOCK’ ON THE WEBSITE?

The ‘Overstock’ label means that our bots currently hold a high quantity of that specific item. While you can still trade these items, the offer may be less favorable than usual due to oversupply.

WHY DO SOME SKINS MARKED AS ‘UNAVAILABLE’ ON THE WEBSITE?

Skins marked as ‘Unavailable’ typically have unstable or fluctuating prices, making them unsuitable for consistent trading. To maintain quality and prevent excess inventory of low-tier or rapidly devaluing items, our system restricts these skins from being accepted.

CAN I SEND TRADE OFFERS DIRECTLY THROUGH STEAM?

Yes, you can! Simply go to the ‘Bots’ tab and click on the ‘Trade link’ button. This will redirect you to the official Steam trade offer page, where you can send offers directly without using the website’s interface.
